Skiresort Černá hora

SKIRESORT ČERNÁ HORA is a new ski region where a joint ticket is valid. It was created by connection of ski area in Janské Lázně, Černý Důl and Svoboda nad Úpou. SKIRESORT ČERNÁ HORA offers its visitors various ski terrains with total ski slopes length of 20 km (77% provided with technical snow), 4 cableways and 22 ski lifts, where each of skiers can find his or her favourite area. SKIRESORT dedicates big attention to the regular treatment of cross country racing tracks more than 70 km long. The transport of skiers between the areas is arranged by ski buses in the main season.

Area in Jánské Lázně has available a new cableway with 8 places, downhill tracks of different levels of difficulty, ranking among the longest ones in Czech (length up to 3 km). The sledgers can use a unique 3, 5 km long Černá hora sledge road.
Area in Černý Důl is typical by its romantic and quiet environment with broad ski slopes, modern equipped KID park for skiing teaching and SNOW park with special barriers and jumps.
Area in Svoboda nad Úpou is a family type area offering its visitors a permanent free slalom track with timekeeping; the reservation is possible also for private events.

Area in Černý Důl

Černý Důl has developed the tourism very dynamically for past few years. Strong movement to the traditional ski resorts ensures the complex building of the ski area with almost European parameters. Today, skipark Cerny Dul offers skiing conditions for every skier with various downhill terrains, differently long ski lifts and ski slopes.

There is a mini-skipark called KIDpark for beginners with ski lifts Veronika I and II, Hrbitak I and II. Černý Důl has also ski centre Saxner and Loap for advanced skiers. The main part of the ski area SAXNER and Loap are three-chair lifts and ski lifts Veronika III, Böhnischovy boudy and ski lift Skalka. Ski lifts Rosnicka and Krtecek are designed especially for children with sliding carpet. For enough snow, there was constructed the artificial snow-making system of the whole area.

Tourists can visit a skibar and restaurant with terrace or use social settlement for free. Ski resort Černý Důl is characteristic with its romantic and quiet environment with first-class ski terrains for advanced skiers and snowboarders as well as for beginners and children.
